Senior Equity Research Analyst
Analysts will be responsible for analyzing fundamentals on China’s macroeconomics/assigned industry sectors, writing research reports, leveraging financial models, conducting valuation and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have outstanding written, communication, presentation and networking skills.
Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum of three years of experience as an Equity Research Analyst in a leading Bank, Brokerage, Consulting firm or Investment Institution
· Deep understanding of China’s finance, industry and trade systems and policies
· Quick learner, diligent, able to work under pressure, team-oriented
Interested candidates should have strong academic background with degrees from top universities and experience at leading investment banks, brokers, asset management firms, government institutions or academic research organizations. Please note that this is not an entry level position.

- 在国内或国外拥有投资策略研究或固定收益产品等工作经验者优先
- 本科毕业于国内外一流大学

Candidates should have at least 2 years of institutional research or equity sales experience, proven track record, extensive relationships at buyside firms and a strategic mindset. Compensation will be competitive with the industry and performance based.
工作职责
1. 主要协助公司与各大金融机构进行互动沟通，及时传递公司对宏观经济、市场走势的最新研究结果。
2. 联系对象包括：全国各大基金管理人、各大保险公司投资部负责人、相关政府金融监管机构负责人、财务公司负责人、大型上市公司投资部负责人及 QFII 机构投资负责人等
任职资格
1. 本科以上学历，有两年以上金融行业客户服务经验；有海外留学经验者,硕士学历者优先；
2. 成功的申请人应该对宏观经济及金融行业具有浓厚兴趣，在充满挑战的环境中具备迅速自我提高、进步的能力；
3. 性格开朗，具有服务意识和责任心，能够不怕挫折与公司共同成长；
